Mature Student Applications

The Department welcomes applications from mature candidates (over 21 years on entry to the University). You are encouraged to make contact with the department prior to completing your entry form. You may well be invited for interview and be asked to play two contrasting pieces on your principal instrument. Other criteria used in making offers to mature students are study for A levels or other professional qualifications (ABRSM VIII theory for example).
