Undergraduate courses

We deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching on the MBChB course and intercalated BMedSci degrees.

BMedSci

Opportunities exist for medical students interested in studying a research area in neuroscience or psychiatry for 1 year leading to a BMedSci degree.

MSc in Translational Neuroscience

Our programme offers theoretical and practical training into fundamental aspects of contemporary neuroscience encompassing molecular, cellular, anatomical and behavioural levels and draws on examples from model organism and patient-based studies.

MRCPsych

The MRCPsych Course is organised by Academic Clinical Psychiatry. Dr Paul Birkett is the approved course organiser. All trainees on Sheffield and North Trent training programme are required to register for the relevant course.
