Intro Week 2013 begins Monday 23rd September
Intro week is where it all begins!! The University and the Students' Union have worked together to bring you a host of events, activities and talks to suit you - so keeps your eyes open because there's always something happening!
There's plenty to do and see during Intro Week. The best advice is to seize the day! Don't be afraid to approach people, remember that everyone is in the same boat as you. There will also be plenty of University staff around to lend a hand if you need it.
Intro Week is not your regular week at University so make the most of it: get involved, get stuck in and make it a week to remember!
Intro Week Checklist
While you enjoy everything Intro Week has to offer there are a few important events you must attend:
- Registration - You must attend your course registration event details of which you can find in your green 'Essential guide to Registration' booklet.
- A welcome meeting - where you will find out more about the opportunities available to you as a student at the University of Sheffield.
- An introductory academic meeting - where you'll learn more about your academic department and your module choices. The time and date of yours is in your green 'Essential guide to Registration' booklet.
- A module enrolment event - where you choose your modules.
- A health interview - just to check you're fit and well and to give you a chance to register with the University Health Service
