Welcome to the University Meeting

Meetings for new Undergraduate and visiting students. Please attend the appropriate time for your faculty or programme of study. Convocation Hall, Octagon Centre.

09:30 - 10:30 Faculty of Engineering and Medical School
11:00 - 12:00 Chemistry, Geography, Information Studies, Journalism, Mathematics and Statistics, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Physics and Astronomy, Politics, Psychology, Sociological Studies
12:30 -13:30 Dentistry, Management School, Animal and Plant Sciences, Architecture, East Asian Studies, Economics, Landscape, Law, Town and Regional Planning
15:00 - 16:00 Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Biomedical Science, Erasmus, Study Abroad and visiting students.

Each talk includes a welcome from University Staff, Students’ Union Officers, a performance from the Sheffield University Theatre Company as well as a chance for you to contribute any questions or any comments.

Hindu Students' Welcome Meeting

6.30-9pm Transport to local temple and the chance to meet the Hindu faith adviser and other Hindu Students.
