Complete registration with the University Health Service
You must attend University Health Service registration and demonstrate that you are in a satisfactory state of health in order to complete your Registration at the University. Details of when to attend can be found in the Registration Timetable.
On arrival at Sheffield you should have already completed the online Health questionaire as part of your pre-arrival steps. These questionnaires are screened at the University Health Service and your immunisation status is also reviewed and any necessary recommendations for vaccinations made. You will be offered an appointment with a doctor or nurse, if necessary, following screening.
Registration with the University Health Service, which is a comprehensive National Health Service General Practice, will give you the opportunity to register for the full NHS medical care with doctors dedicated to the care and support of young people undertaking higher education.
