Have your entry qualifications verified
Before you are able to formally register your entry qualifications must be checked.
Verification of qualifications will open for students from 1pm and 5pm and between 9am and 5pm on Friday 20 September and will be timetabled by Faculty:
- Thursday 19 September 13.00-14.30: Arts and Humanities (all departments)
- Thursday 19 September 14.30-16.30: Social Sciences (East Asian Studies, Education, Geography, Information School, Journalism, Politics, Sociological Studies, Town & Regional Planning only)
- Friday 20 September 09.00-10.30: Social Sciences (Architecture, Economics, Landscape, Law, Management only)
- Friday 20 September 10.00-12.30: Engineering (all departments)
- Friday 20 September 13.30-15.30: Science (all departments)
- Friday 20 September 14.30-16.30: Medicine, Dentistry & Health
If you cannot attend at the above time for your Faculty/department, please ensure that you attend the Elmfield building at the time included in the Registration Timetable for your course.
Verification of qualifications should be completed after attending your module enrolment event (if you have unrestricted modules) and before you proceed to the Sports Hall to complete your registration.
You do not need to have your qualifications verified if you used a University of Sheffield qualification to gain admission to the University or if you are an undergraduate student and your results were sent to us via UCAS.
