Housing
1. Finding Accommodation.
Other Matters to Arrange....
2. Want to Move?
- Settling in and getting used to a new type of accommodation can take a lot of time.
- Accommodation Services’ priority MUST be finding beds for thousands of new students. All beds will have been allocated before you arrive. It will not be possible to arrange moves or changing rooms for the first three weeks.
- If there is a senior resident or tutor in your accommodation, talk to them about your concerns.
- If, after three weeks of moving in you are sure you wish to move, talk to Accommodation and Campus Services based at the Edge. They want you to be happy in your accommodation and will try to help you to find more appropriate University-owned accommodation if at all possible.
