1. In cases of accident but not minor illness, anyone may obtain help from a hospital accident and emergency department.In Sheffield the only one is at the Northern General Hospital (for adults) and Sheffield Children's Hospital for children.

3. Seek the advice of a pharmacist at any chemist/pharmacy shop, for remedies for coughs, colds, stomach upsets and skin irritation and other minor aliments.
4. Minor injuries - Royal Hallamshire Hospital 8.00 am - 8.00 pm, 7 days a week providing a nurse led service for minor injuries.
5. Hospitals are likely to charge if a student, dependant or visitor is not eligible for treatment under the NHS.
6. Go to the Walk-In Centre – in Sheffield this is located at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital.
