Parents' drop-in sessions 2012
We hold Parents' drop-in sessions over the first weekend of Intro Week. These are a chance for you to relax with free coffee/tea and biscuits after helping your son or daughter to unpack.
This will also be an opportunity to meet senior staff from the University including staff in Student Services and Accommodation & Commerical Services who will be able to answer your questions.
These sessions will be held on:
Saturday 15 September from 3pm to 5pm
and
Sunday 16 September from 2pm to 4pm
in The Gallery, Level 4, Students' Union Building.
As well as the drop-in, Student Services staff will be giving a talk on the student experience and the University's relationship with you as a parent (Saturday 4.00pm, Sunday 3.00pm).
Please book accommodation in advance before coming to Sheffield. This time of year is often busy and advance booking of overnight accommodation if you are planning to stay is highly recommended.
