Which modules can I take?
Our modules cover core philosophical topics such as epistemology (theory of knowledge), philosophy of mind, logic, metaphysics, ethics, aesthetics and political philosophy.
Our teaching emphasises the importance of detailed critical argument, but we bring this approach to a wide range of philosophers (e.g. so-called continental as well as analytic philosophers).
If you come to Sheffield you will learn about the key issues that philosophers discuss and what makes them interesting.
