Annual art exhibition entry form 2012

May 16th to May 18th 2012

Members of University staff and postgraduate students are invited to exhibit work alongside members of the Physics and Astronomy Art group at our annual exhibition which will be held in the Physics and Astronomy department from 16th to 18th May, with a special preview evening on 15th May. If you wish to exhibit please list your entries below, giving the title, media and approximate dimensions. This will help us to plan the space.

Note: Space will be shared out as fairly as possible, if you have a lot of entries we may not be able to display them all.

Conditions of entry:
Work must be your own, or as part of a collaboration.
Exhibiting art work is entirely at your own risk and we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage however caused.
There is no fee for exhibiting but 15% of any sales will be donated to charity.
We reserve the right to reject any material we consider to be unsuitable.
NB, Paintings, drawings and photographs should be framed (except canvases) and have a cord or wire securely attached to the back for hanging. Clip frames are difficult to hang and should be avoided if possible please.
