Electrical and electronic equipment for disposal
All unwanted electrical or electronic equipment should be disposed of according to the relevant procedures of the University of Sheffield, it should not be put in the bins or skip. Please read the University policy below but use this form to arrange for collection and correct disposal, not the University form.
*The item's departmental code, (P.A.T Number and date) can be found on the Electrical Safety Test sticker which you should find attached somewhere on the item.
It is the responsibility of the individual/group to ensure that ALL sensitive data is removed from equipment prior to disposal.
Multiple entries may be made, as long as ALL information is listed for each item.
