Fees

Tuition fees are charged to cover registration, tuition, examination and membership of the Students' Union. They do not include accommodation, other living expenses or re-examination fees.

The following levels of tuition fees were set for the academic year 2012/2013 (for all MA programmes except MA in Politics with Research Methods). These are likely to increase for future sessions.

• Home and EC students:
  Full-time £5,230
  Part-time £2,615
• Overseas students:
  Full-time £12,560

For the MA in Politics with Research Methods, the tuition fees for the academic year 2012/2013 are:

• Home and EC students:
  Full-time £4,830
  Part-time £2,415
• Overseas students:
  Full-time £12,160

If you have any doubt about whether you should be classified as an overseas student or not please write to the Graduate Admissions Office with full details of your own and your family's residential history.
