Profile

Glenn is currently a Research Fellow and lead quantitative analyst at the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) in addition to being an Honorary Research Fellow in the department of politics. His research primarily takes emphasis on quantitative methodologies contributing to a number of projects focusing on public attitudes and political behaviour, international migration and development and European integration. Most recently he co-authored two reports surrounding the debate on electoral change and the AV referendum receiving notable media coverage. He has also written reports on European sustainable development for Eurostat as well as on migration and the labour market in Britain for the International Organisation for Migration. Prior to working at IPPR Glenn taught statistical analysis and European Union governance at Sheffield where he earned his PhD investigating public attitudes towards European integration. He has also received an MA in research methods with distinction, also from Sheffield, and a BA in political science from the University of California, Irvine.
