Profile

Henry is a policy analyst, researcher and writer working across UK and international public policy. He was most recently manager of the Commission on 2020 Public Services at the Royal Society of Arts. Henry is an associate fellow of the Social Market Foundation, and was previously head of research at African development consultancy AfDevInfo and a freelance researcher working on development issues. His PhD focused on local politics and development policy in Tanzania, East Africa.

Henry is currently involved in work at the 2020 Public Services Trust, the Accenture Institute for Health and Public Service Value and the Citizen Power initiative at the RSA.
