Translating research findings for economic and societal benefit

The University helps fund and support the translation of the findings and ideas from research for sustainable economic development.

The IP Development and Commercialisation team, alongside the Sheffield Healthcare Gateway, provide conventional commercialisation support for ‘direct’ economic development. Your Faculty Knowledge Exchange teams provide support for ‘indirect’ economic development, through a variety of engagement types.
