The University has access to a suite of online guides which have been have been developed and supplied by an external provider, Pansophix.  The guides provide practical advice on a wide range of personal development and career development topics, including assertiveness, networking, public speaking, time management and work life balance.

Women@TUOS NET - Established in 2012, the NETwork aims to support women staff in their career development by acting as a forum for discussion and a unified voice to help raise issues and address career challenges that women face. The NETwork provides informal mentoring and networking opportunities, access to a range of role models, and a variety of initiatives to improve retention and promotion for women.
