Chair of the Medical Section Committee

Mike Campbell has just been elected Chair of the Medical Section Committee of the Royal Statistical Society. The remit of the Section is to organise meetings, courses and contribute to the Society's conference in the area of Medical Statistics. The post is for two years in the first instance. He joins Dawn Teare, who is Secretary to the Committee. The Medical Statistics Group in ScHARR have a good record in respect to this national committee, since Stephen Walters has also been secretary and Jenny Freeman a committee member in the recent past.
