Biography
In January 2008 I joined the University, Health Services Research, in the Emergency and Immediate Care Research group, and have links with the Clinical Trials Research Unit. I am a Registered General Nurse and am currently the 3Mg Study lead Research Nurse for England. This role entails working across the Yorkshire region, either supporting the site or the Research nurse and site, tailored to their individual site requirements. I am responsible for 3Mg study monitoring in the South West Region of the country. As lead Research Nurse for England I provide support and advice to the other Research Nurses around England working on the 3Mg study. I previously worked as Research Nurse on other emergency care projects including RATPAC and 3CPO, my first Research Nurse role was on the Pressure Care project in Leeds.
I am currently studying towards a Masters in Clinical Research, part time at the University of Sheffield.
