Biography

I joined the University of Sheffield in January 2011 from The Royal College of Surgeons of England where I worked as the Audit Co-ordinator on the Patient Outcomes in Surgery (POiS) Audit. Prior to this, I worked as an Epidemiological Scientist at the Health Protection Agency Centre for Infections.

I am currently the Project Manager for The AHEAD Study, a prospective study monitoring anticoagulated patients who suffer head injury.

Current Projects

The AHEAD Study. Funded by the NIHR Research for Patient Benefit Programme, is a propsective multi-centre study examining the clinical and cost outcomes following head injury in anticoagulated patients who attend participating UK emergency departments. The study is due to finish in 2013.
