Security Services operate 24-hour Control Rooms, the function of which is to monitor CCTV and the status of various fire, intruder, panic and lift alarms across the campus and student residences.
Security Patrol staff provide an effective front line service across the University by reassuring staff and students as well as being a visible deterrent to the local criminal fraternity.
The Campus Wardens also provide a highly visible patrol service across Campus and Residences car parking sites and enforce the University Parking Policy.
