6. Are other staff groups developing a similar awareness of Professional Services?

We talk about professional staff, but this is a broad group and includes Professional services and Faculty based staff. The event and the ongoing work in this area through the Steering Group will continue to raise awareness across the organisation.

I want the Steering Group to listen to staff thoughts and ideas and find ways to enable the best ideas to happen. We should think about opportunities to be involved in cross disciplinary projects, job swaps, internal secondments, work shadowing.
