As an added incentive to help you reach your goal of studying at The University of Sheffield, the International College offers scholarships to top performing students at both the undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Foundation Certificate Scholarships
A £1,000 annual* scholarship is awarded to seven Foundation Certificate students progressing to The University of Sheffield who perform exceptionally well academically during their academic programme.
There are four scholarships (two for each of the April and August finishers) for Business, Law and Social Sciences and three (one for April finishers and two for August finishers) for Science and Engineering. The winners of the scholarships are decided by College and University staff.
April 2012 scholarship winners
SIC is happy to announce that the April 2012 Foundation Certificate scholarship winners have been announced!
Mei Yee Michelle Yue and Ka Hei Ko, both from Hong Kong, and Jeong Ro Lee from South Korea are the are the well-deserving recipients.
Graduate Diploma Scholarships
A £1,000 annual* scholarship is awarded to five Graduate Diploma students progressing to The University of Sheffield who perform exceptionally well academically during their academic programme.
There are two scholarships for Business, Law and Social Sciences and two for Science and Engineering for August finishers. There is one scholarship for April finishers in either Business, Law and Social Sciences or Science and Engineering.
April 2012 Scholarship winner
Congratulations to Mohammed Azam from India! Mohammed is the April Graduate Diploma scholarship winner and he will be progressing onto The University of Sheffield to study MSc Financial Economics.
The winners of the scholarships are decided by College and University staff based on academic merit.
