Sheffield is the best place to study Social Work

Sheffield University is the best place to study social work, according to Times Good University Guide 2010. The influential and prestigious Times Newspaper's University Subject Table rankings for 2010, which rank degree courses in specific subjects across all universities, places social work studies at Sheffield number one in their league table.

Earlier this year, the Department of Sociological Studies at Sheffield was also recognised by the Independent Newspaper's Complete University Guide 2010 as top of its league table for Social Work.
