The Chaplaincy Centre is open 9.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Thursday and 9.30am - 2.00pm on Friday during semesters. Facilities, including a room for prayer, worship, quiet reflection and meditation, are available to all members of the University. There is also a sitting room for small meetings and individuals. Tea and coffee is available.

You can access the centre from Glossop Road, by ringing the bell, or you can come round to the back (opposite the back of the Hicks Building), where the door is always unlocked while the Chaplaincy Centre is open, and the access is level.

Student Societies (registered with the Union of Students) are welcome to book these facilities for meetings and workshops. Please contact chaplaincy@sheffield.ac.uk for further information.

Muslim Prayer Rooms are situated in the Students’ Union and the Mappin Building.
