Transfers to another academic institution

These are differentiated from other withdrawals in order to enhance the record of these cases and in order for departments to be able to approve a transfer to another University.

A Change of Status (COS) Form should be completed to request withdrawal from the University, in order to transfer to another institution. A tick-box in section 5 of the Form allows for departmental approval to be recorded. The completed COS Form should be submitted to the Taught Programmes Office.
