Corporate Information & Computing Services (CiCS)
The aim of Corporate Information and Computing Services is to ensure that the University has the appropriate levels of computing, telecommunications, network services and technical support to allow it to achieve its corporate aims and objectives.
The Computing Service at the University is called CICS, which stands for Corporate Information and Computing Services. They provide many services for students.
Helpdesk
CiCS Helpdesk provides assistance to all users of the University's computing facilities, and should be the first point of contact for all your IT enquiries.

Student Computing Rooms
CiCS have a number of IT Centres and computer rooms around campus. Many also have printers in them.
Computer Registration
Computer Registration Service is located in the Computing Centre on Hounsfield Road.
