For general queries:

To find out what extra-curricular activities and awards can be included in the HEAR:

• Go to the online database of verifiable activities (click on What can be added? on the How can I add to it? page). Every activity that can be included is listed here, and you can find out what criteria you need to meet for each one.

To find out more about how to get recognition for a specific extra-curricular activity:

• Talk to the person who organises your activity
• For information and updates about Students’ Union activities, visit the SU HEAR website or email the SU HEAR Assistant at megan.howlett@sheffield.ac.uk

To report an issue with your HEAR (e.g. you have completed an extra-curricular activity but at the end of the academic year it still hasn't appeared on your HEAR):

• Click on the link on the right and fill in the short form
