Application Forms
You can choose between the paper form or the online print and send form.
The paper form is a lot longer and you have to complete a separate form for yourself and separate form for each dependant. The online print and send form is shorter as it eliminates the pages that are not relevant to you. If you have dependants and you wish to have your dependants visa application form checked by Advice Centre, please complete the paper form and visit the Advice Centre website for more information.

Online print and send
1. Go to www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/ and click on "My account" in the top right corner
2. If you haven't already got an account, click on "Register" and follow the steps. Once you have registered and created an account, log into your account.
3. Click "apply online" on the left hand menue
4. Click on the forms A-Z
5. Click on the letter "T" and select the following form: Tier 4 Student 'print and send' application - 'Print and send' application for leave to remain (permission to stay) in the UK , and a biometric residence permit, as a Tier 4 Student or dependant of a Tier 4 Student
6. Scroll down and click "Apply online" and then follow the instructions
