The Visa Extension Scheme Appointment

Important:

  1. You must be on time for your appointment.
  2. Bring originals and photocopies of all documents including Data Confidentiality form
  3. If you do not have all the documents referred to in the application pack, your form will not be accepted
  4. If you do not turn up for your appointment you will not be allowed another appointment that month.
  5. If you do not turn up for two appointments, you will not have another that year.

What Will Happen at the Appointment?

1. You will log into your UKBA account and open the application form which you have completed at home

2. An immigration adviser will check your application on screen and make any amendments where necessary

3. If the visa application form is free of errors, you can proceed with the payment and we will print out your application form

4. The immigration adviser will check your supporting documents

5. If supporting documents are not complete or not all the information is available at the tome of the appointment to complete the application form, we will not be able to send your application on the day of the appointment. We will give you a checklist listing the pending documents/information and give you a deadline to provide these in order for us to send your complete application to UK Border Agency (UKBA)

6. If the application is complete and you provided all supporting documents, we will send your application to UKBA via the Batch Scheme and give you a receipt for the application and other documents submitted

7. Complete applications will be sent (using Royal Mail Special Delivery) to the UKBA on the day of submissions or on the next day. They will be stored in a strong room until mailed.
