The Post Study Work Scheme

*Please note - You do not require an academic transcript to apply for the Post Study Work Visa. Details of requirements can be found from the Student Advice Centre link below*

The Post Study Work (PSW) scheme has replaced the International Graduates Scheme. Successful applicants will be allowed to remain in the UK to work for 2 years without needing a work permit or a job offer.

Applying for the post Study Work Scheme

All the information about applying is on the Union of Students web pages (see link above). Once you have got the final results approved by Faculty you will need to obtain a Post Study Work Certificate of Student Status from SSiD.

If you are still `awaiting results´ you will not be able to prove that you have successfully completed the course. Most taught postgraduates get their final results by early December.
