National Insurance (NI) number
Everybody who works in the UK needs a National Insurance number. International students must apply for a temporary NI number if they have a job or job offer, even if it is part-time/temp work.

Nightline
Nightline is a telephone listening and information service run by trained student volunteers.

NHS
The National Health Service (NHS), funded by the taxpayer and managed by the Department of Health, provides health services to the general public in the UK. Students who are registered with UHS will also be registered with NHS

Not Completed
A result for a module which indicates that the student did not attend the exam, or submit or take some or all of the assessment/examination on the module. This is treated as a Fail.
