Request for a Letter Confirming Degree/Attendance

A Confirming Letter is an official document produced by The University of Sheffield to prove your attendance and course of study with us. The letter is printed on watermarked, University headed note paper and includes the official stamp of the University and the signature of the Registrar.

A Confirming Letter will show:

If you are a Greek National providing your qualifications to the Hellenic National Academic Recognition and Information Centre (Hellenic NARIC/DOATAP) then a paragraph referring to the location of studies and campus can be added. Please indicate the need for this in the 'Additional Details' box when ordering online.

Recent Graduates

Recent Graduates of the University (up to 12 months after Graduation). There is no fee for the first copy of the confirming letter.

Graduates of the University

Graduates of the University (after 12 months following Graduation).  Fees depend on when you graduated from the University.
