Request for a Confirming Letter for Graduates of the University after 12 months following Graduation.
Fee for Confirming Letters:
- After 12 months following graduation up to 2006 £5 per copy
- Graduates between 2000-2005 £10 per copy
- Graduates prior to 2000 £20 per copy
All the above costs include postage, packing and administrative costs.
Delivery Timescales:
- Confirming Letters may take between 10 and 15 working days to prepare.
- Airmail delivery to other parts of the world can take up to 10 working days.
- If the period of study relates to prior 1998, the confirming letter may take up to six weeks to process from archived records.

You need to use the University's Online Store to order your confirming letter using the link below. YOU MUST order the first copy before additional copies.
Additional instructions: If you require your confirming letters to be sent in sealed and signed envelopes you need state this in the 'Additional Details' field when you place your order online.
