Certified Copies of Degree Certificates
Students who have graduated from the University of Sheffield can send copies of their University of Sheffield degree certificate to the Student Services Information Desk to be certified. We can only certify the copies (not originals) of the certificate.
Fee for Certified Copies:
- 1-10 copies £10 (for collection only)
- 1-10 copies £11 (including postage)
You need to use the University's Online Store to order your certified copies using the link below.
You need to order in multiples of 10 up to a maximum of 30 copies in total.
In addition to your order you will need to make sure you separately email a scanned copy of your degree certificate.
Please note that we will only process your order when we have received both your order from the online store and the scanned copy of your degree certificate.
Delivery Timescales:
- Certified copies may take between 3 to 5 working days to prepare (at busier times of the year this may take longer)
- Airmail delivery to other parts of the world can take up to 10 working days
- If the period of study relates to prior 1998, the confirming letter may take up to six weeks to process from archived records.
Please note that we are unable to certify any documents from other institutions.
