Groups

Groups are pre-bookable through a short meeting with the Group Facilitator/ Skills for Life Co-ordinator.

Groups are run over a number of weeks (normally 4 or 5 weeks). The facilitator of the group will offer information/advice and introduce healthy ways of coping with specific problems. Groups offer you the chance to learn and develop over a period of time with peer sup-port. Groups are never larger than 10 people.

Overcoming Depression

Personal issues are explored in an atmosphere of developing trust and confidentiality
