Thoughts and Feelings

Suicidal thoughts

People have thoughts of suicide for all sorts of reasons and it is important that you talk to someone or encourage the person you're worried about to talk to someone.

What is Depression?

Depression is different from feeling down or sad. A person suffering from depression will experience intense emotions of anxiety, hopelessness, negativity and helplessness, and the feelings stay with them instead of going away. There is lots of useful informatyion on the Well Connected website

What causes us to procrastinate?

One of the commonest problems worrying students is the tendency to put thing off until the last moment - or to beyond the last moment. You can find lots of useful information on the Counselling Service web pages
