Personal Problems
At some point during your time at University you may experience personal problems that seem too much for you to be able to cope with alone. You may want to talk to someone about what is happening, find out facts or talk to others experiencing the same problems. Are you or do you think that you might be experiencing any of the following problems: anxiety, stress, difficult events, isolation, strong negative feelings, self image problems, sexual orientation crises, etc. ? We want you to do as well as you can at University and to feel supported. Many students have found the following useful contacts helpful:
- The Counselling Service
- The Multi-Faith Chaplaincy Service
- Student Advice Centre
- Nightline (Listening Service)
