Student Services Information Desk

The University of Sheffield Student Services Information Desk (SsiD) is a «"one-stop" information service, which aims to answer the majority of student enquiries from a single location. It is an important point of contact for you throughout your time at the University and is a key central point for general information on many University services.

SSiD staff are trained to deal with a wide range of enquiries and if they can´t answer your question they can point you in the direction of someone who can.

The office is located in the Union of Students´ building and is open Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. See our web pages for more details.
