Student Services Information Desk

The University of Sheffield Student Services Information Desk (SsiD) is a "one-stop" information service, which aims to answer the majority of student enquiries from a single location. It is an important point of contact for you throughout your time at the University and is a key central point for general information on many University services.

SSiD staff are trained to deal with a wide range of enquiries and if they can´t answer your question they can point you in the direction of someone who can.

The office is located in the Student Union building and is open Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. See our web pages for more details.
