Successfully Completed
In early December, once recommendations have been awarded and it is clear that candidates are debt-free, students are sent confirmation of their award in the form of an official result statement. Once their degree has been awarded, a student is considered to be successfully completed.
After this time we can issue students with proof of their degree (transcripts, confirming letters, and student status letters for Post-study work scheme).
Degree certificates are presented to students on the day of their graduation ceremony in January, or sent on afterwards, if this has been requested by those not attending.
Successfully completed students then go on to become University of Sheffield alumni.
