Diploma Supplement
Available from SSiD. Can ONLY be issued with a Transcript of Qualifications.
Students graduating after the summer of 2005 may wish to have Diploma Supplement issued with a Transcript if they are seeking further study or employment abroad.
The Diploma Supplement was developed by the European Commission, Council of Europe and UNESCO/CEPES to provide students with a document that will be attached to a higher education diploma and improve international recognition of academic and professional qualifications (diplomas, degrees, certificates etc). The Diploma supplement aims to:
- describe the qualification that has been received in an easily understandable way.
- describe the content and structure of the higher education system with which the qualification was issued.
Please note: Erasmus and Study Abroad students have to apply to their home university for a Diploma Supplement.
