Transcripts for Graduates of the University
Request for Transcript of Qualifications for Graduates of the University after 12 months following Graduation/Withdrawal
Fee for Transcripts:
- After 12 months following graduation up to 2006 £5 per copy
- Graduates between 2000-2005 £10 per copy
- Graduates prior to 2000 £20 per copy
All the above costs include postage, packing and administrative costs.
Delivery Timescales:
- Transcripts may take between 10 and 15 working days to prepare
- Airmail delivery to other parts of the world can take up to 10 working days.
The transcript may take up to six weeks to process from archived records:
- If the results relate to a period prior to 2000
- If you studied on a Collaborative programme (if you undertook a programme of study at another institution which lead to a University of Sheffield award)

You need to use the University's Online Store to order your Transcript using the link below.
Additional instructions: If you require your transcripts to be sent in sealed and signed envelopes you need state this in the additional details field when you place your order online.
Enclosures: If you require forms to be sent with your transcript you need to email these to transcripts@sheffield.ac.uk with your details when you have ordered your transcripts and have received your confirmation email please reply quoting your order number.
