Request for Transcript of Qualifications for Recent Graduates of the University up to 12 months after Graduation (undergraduate and taught postgraduate only)
Fee for Transcripts:
Collection from SSiD
- First Copy No Fee
- Additional Copies £1 per copy
By Post:
- First Copy No Fee
- Additional Copies £2 (including postage, packing and administration costs)
Delivery Timescales:
- Transcripts should take up to 5 working days to prepare (at busier times of the year this may take a little longer)
- Airmail delivery to other parts of the world can take up to 10 working days

You need to use the University's Online Store to order your Transcript using the link below. DO NOT order a first free copy if you have already received one.

Request Transcripts: Additional Copies
If you are ordering a second or additional copies of your transcripts you need to use the University's Online Store to place your order.
If you are based in Sheffield and you need to use the University's Online Store to order additional copies for collection only (maximum 10 copies). We will email you when they are ready for you to collect.
If you require your transcripts posting you need to use the University's Online Store to order additional copies for posting (maximum 10 copies). Please note that additional copies are charged at the rate of £1 per copy for collection and for posting at the rate of £2 per copy to cover postage, packing and administration costs.
Additional instructions: If you require your transcripts to be sent in sealed and signed envelopes you need state this in the additional details field when you place your order online.
Enclosures: If you require forms to be sent with your transcript you need to email these to transcripts@sheffield.ac.uk with your details when you have ordered your transcripts and have received your confirmation email please reply quoting your order number.
Undergraduate Students
Autumn semester results are available in mid March. Spring semester results are available in early July. (After each semester results are released you will be able to print out a statement of results via your MUSE account.) Please order your transcript after the results are released to make sure these are included on your transcript.
Postgraduate Students
Results for Postgraduate Masters courses are available in early December. (You will automatically be sent a statement of results to your home address if you do not have a correspondence address.) Please order your transcript after the results are released to make sure these are included on your transcript.
