News for Staff

In its continuing efforts to bring more University news to staff, the Internal Communications team has created the University Newsletter Directory. This online resource is designed to be a repository for the staff newsletters developed by faculties, departments and teams across the University.

The directory already contains staff newsletters from the faculty of Engineering and the faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health along with those from Student Services, CiCS and Research and Innovation. The team hope to continue to develop the directory over the coming months and would be happy to hear from any department or faculty who wish to have their publication included.

The University Newsletter Directory is the latest in a number of news resources brought to you by the Internal Communications team. These include Overview, the newsletter for all staff of the University, and the staff web pages, where you can find news along with links to helpful web pages and key information.

The website will also give you information about the other services the team provides, including how you can start your own e-newsletter. You can learn about joining the Internal Communicators’ Network, which brings together people from across the University who have an element of internal communications in their role. You can also explore the Internal Communications Toolkit, designed to help communicators improve the way they communicate.
