If you do not attend your set meeting (extenuating reasons only), you will not be given an extension to your set deadline unless there are very extenuating reasons.

What will I have to do after the meeting?

You will work on your overseas application pack within a 2 week deadline.

In the meeting you will be given various documents.

The most important one is the "Host Application Check List".

This is the document which lists all of the items you will need to get together for your appliation.

We will also talk you through this document and the process in the meeting. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions and read through your paperwork.

It is very important you attend your meeting.
