If you require an extension of longer than ten working days, you are asked to complete a Special Circumstances Form. This form, and information about how to complete it, can be found on the link on the right-hand side at the top. Special Circumstances Forms take priority over extension forms, so if you require an extension of more than ten days, you do not need to submit this extension form.
