Assignment Submission Slip:
To be signed and attached to the front of each piece of work submitted to TILL		Please download from the 'downloads' box on the right.
Extension Request Form:
This is an online version of the form used to request extensions for assessed work.		Extension Request Form
UCard Application Form:
This is to be completed and returned to the address marked on the form. It is especially important for students on IT modules to complete this form before starting their course, as it will provide you with a computer username and password so you can access the University system. Part-time Module Add/Drop Form:
This should be completed and signed by you, and counter-signed by a programme director, who will check availability of any modules that you are adding.		Please use the downloads box on the right.
Student writing needs analysis:
This is for you to complete and bring to the English Language Teaching Centre sessions in TILL.		Please use the downloads box on the right.

Access to Learning Fund application:
This is a source of funding for part-time students, so long as you are studying at least 60 credits per year. More information, and the application forms themselves, can be downloaded from the SSiD website.		Access to Learning Fund
Change of Address/Name:
