Key facts
About the courseWe teach writing as both art and craft and aim to inspire students through a wide range of creative writing exercises and the study of relevant examples. We explore the conventions and techniques of different genre and support students' writing though practice, drafting and workshop discussion. In addition, students can explore options in other subject areas. All classes take place in the evenings. The Certificate programme is comprised of three modules per academic year. Each module lasts for one semester and is offered from the list below. Students normally complete their certificate over two years but can take up to three years to qualify. Students registered for this qualification will be awarded the Certificate after completing 120 credits. While at least half of these have to be within Creative Writing, the remainder can be from other tracks offered within TILL. Modules
