What happens on an open day?

Academic staff will be on hand to give advice and answer any questions you may have about the part-time courses we offer.

Who are open days for?

Our open days are intended for prospective part-time students who haven't yet applied, although anyone is welcome to attend.

Do I need to book?

There is no need to book, just come along, if you have a specific enquiry you are welcome to call us on 0114 222 7000.

Taster event

Our taster events take place on the same day as the TILL open days. You will be able to find out more about studying at TILL, be offered a tour of the campus, get information about support – including financial – for adult learners, and have the opportunity to hear what current and former students at TILL have to say about studying here on a part-time basis. Although you don't need to book on a TILL open day, we do ask that you book a place on the taster session if you are interested in coming along.

Afterwards you can choose to stay and talk to TILL course leaders about the subject you are interested in. It takes place on:

Where is TILL?

TILL is based on at 9 Northumberland Road, but we make use of the teaching facilities throughout the campus. We are easily accessible by public transport, the Supertram and bus stops are only a few minutes walk away. There are pay and display car parks nearby but space is often limited.
