The Department provides a world-class environment for PhD study.
We welcome research proposals from across the broad range of planning research and related disciplines such as geography, sociology and politics.

Our research takes an international perspective and we welcome proposals focused on any area of the world. We can also offer supervision using a range of approaches: quantitative, qualitative, critical theory and gender.
